August 7, 2002—Johnson Controls, a leading provider of facilities management services, has released details of plans to develop its business across Europe. This is part of a previously announced program to align its Facilities Management and Building Systems & Service operations into a single solution focused on the needs of its customers around the world.
The reorganization will bring together all of Johnson Controls Controls Group operations across Europe into a single integrated management structure.
The key elements are:
- A central management team to drive consistency of quality and standards across five defined Lines of Business.
- Four new European Regions.
- European Vice Presidents/Directors heading up the Lines of Business.
- Pan-European business development and support functions.
