Johnson Controls has secured a 3 million FM contract with Infineum UK Ltd, a fuel and lubricants additives company jointly owned by ExxonMobil and Shell. Johnson Controls contracted to provide full FM services at the Infineum’s Milton Hill Business and Technology Centre in Oxfordshire for three years. Johnson’s services will include technical M&E, laboratory stewards, help desk, reprographics, stores, and cleaning for the 280,000 sq.m. (3 million sq. ft.) site which accommodates 300 people.
