Solutions Navigator is a specially designed “game board” assessment tool that provides a structured, interactive process for facility owners, real estate managers, and other key stakeholders to quickly assess and prioritize common facility related needs and practices.
“It’s fun and informative, and like nothing else out there,” says Richard Kadzis, director of special programs for CoreNet Global. The navigation sessions, which are facilitated by certified Johnson Controls consultants, help organizations address a wide range of challenges, from the design of new facilities to the improvement of existing infrastructure of the development of a facilities strategic plan.
Over the past two years, more than 1,000 persons representing hundreds of organizations around the world have used the tool. The data collected allow clients to benchmark their facilities and operations across departments, sites, or other organizations within their industry. The tool also provides data-driven recommendations for measuring and improving facility performance matched to the organization’s specific needs and priorities.
