November 18, 2005—Johnsonite, a flooring solutions provider that helps create high performance environments, has introduced five new textures to its rubber flooring line. The new textures will be added to Johnsonite’s current six textures and standard
60-color line, and include:
- Bamboo: Highlighting the natural side of forest canopies with subtle lines.
- Chopped Bamboo: Bundled bamboo dramatically expands as it is unrolled with subtle non-directional shoots.
- Pebbles: Granual stones that randomly align to create a subtle, workable texture.
- Artistic Square: Enlivens the traditional square pattern by adding depth through the use of textured tops and grout lines for a more sophisticated look.
- Cubis: Various heights of lineal squares that reflect the sophistication of a city skyline.
These textures will be offered in addition to the Round, Square, Flagstone, Hammered, Weathered, Diamond and Smooth textures available in the Johnsonite rubber tile line. All textures are available in solid colors or in a variety of Speckled, Marbleized and Olio patterns, notes the company.
