Journal of Property Management features salary and benefit survey data

June 7, 2004—The latest compensation figures and trends in real estate management are reported in the May/June issue of the Journal of Property Management. Key findings from the recently published Institute of Real Estate Management 2004 Profile and Compensation Studies of Certified Property Managers and Accredited Residential Managers are presented in the article “Numbers Game.” The salary and fringe benefit data allow property managers to benchmark their position in the industry and compare themselves to their peers who have earned certification. Industry consultant Christopher Lee analyzes the pressure to adapt to changing compensation and benefit requirements in the increasingly competitive real estate marketplace in his article, ” Has Compensation Become a Juggernaut?”

The articles are available free-of-charge until approximately July 9. Thereafter, IREM members can continue to access the articles at no cost, but non-members will be charged $4.95 per article.
