February 15, 2006—New service agreements with Verizon, the US Postal Service, and T. Rowe Price has led to the creation of a Mid-Atlantic Region service territory for JT Packard and shifted regional boundaries in the Central, Eastern and Southern areas of the United States.
JT Packard is the nations largest independent service provider on all manufactures brands of network critical power equipment: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, batteries, DC Plant, generators, and HVAC.
“JT Packard very closely monitors the addition of new customer agreements, as well as the expansion of current service agreements, to maintain a balanced staff Field Engineer territory. The Regional Service Manager to Field Engineer ratio strongly supports our philosophy on delivering top customer service through closely managed staffing of these technical resources,” says Dan Sears, Director of Field Service Operations.
“We map out more than just the physical location of service sites. JT Packard drills down to the type of equipment under contract to proactively allocate resources for routine maintenance, as well as ensure top notch 7×24 emergency troubleshooting,” he continued.
Darryl Davis has been promoted from Field Service Engineer to Mid-Atlantic Region Manager. Based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia, he will be managing the staff of Field Engineers responsible for servicing our customers in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, Northeastern Tennessee, South Carolina, Southern Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Eastern West Virginia.
