April 28, 2006—JT Packard signed the state of Nebraska to a multi-year agreement for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) services, the company says. Under the agreement, the state will receive 24/7 emergency and preventative maintenance for critical power equipment. In addition to providing the most competitive rates, JT Packard was awarded the service agreement because of its flexibility and acceptance of the state’s terms and conditions, according to JT Packard.
JT Packard’s own local certified field engineers service all brands and types of equipment. JT Packard provides written performance guarantees in its service level agreements, which are linked to field engineers’ compensation. “This is something most of our competitors are unwilling to do, and it is what sets our unparalleled service apart from the rest,” says Charley Eaton, VP sales/marketing at JT Packard.
JT Packard is the nation’s largest independent service provider for all brands of network-critical power equipment: UPS systems, batteries, DC Plant, generators, and HVAC.
