JT Packard wins three-year agreement to service Harley-Davidson critical power equipment

May 13, 2005—Harley-Davidson has selected JT Packard, a large independent service organization in the critical power industry, to safeguard the integrity of mission-critical information in its corporate data center.

Through a three-year service agreement, JT Packard will provide quality maintenance and repairs on Harley-Davidson’s UPS (uninterruptible power supply) and battery systems. The service performance will ensure uninterrupted business operations for Harley-Davidson and its customers in the event of a power failure or other crisis, says JT Packard.

According to Jeff Cason, president of JT Packard: We’re one of the only service providers with the capability to service UPS and battery systems as one cohesive unit without bringing in subcontractors. As an independent service organization, JT Packard has the added ability to service any brand of equipment across multiple sites nationwide, according to the company.
