August 24, 2005—For the third year in a row, Kimball Office was honored with the OFDA Dealers’ Choice Circle of Excellence award for training. According to the OFDA’s Web site, the winning manufacturers were determined by the results of the association’s fourth annual OFDA Dealer Manufacturer Satisfaction Index Survey, a dealer poll designed to recognize the best of class performance as well as identify topics of dealer concern.
The survey asked office furniture dealers to evaluate up to four of their manufacturer business partners in six key categories: training, product lines, service and support, sales and marketing, management, and technology. The OFDA received more than 560 verified dealer responses and 47 office furniture manufacturers received evaluations.
