KI has won the 32nd Annual Wisconsin Governor’s New Product Award (GNPA) in the Mega Company Division for its WireWorks Panel System. The WireWorks Panel System was developed to be simple to assemble and reconfigure in response to changing business needs, without hiring outside help or disrupting the flow of power and data for long periods of time. It is designed to move people, furniture, and power and data lines as companies grow, reconfigure and relocate, reducing overall cost to the customer.
The system reduces the cost of removing and replacing power and data cables by allowing cables to be laid under the top cap, along the base raceway, behind acoustic tiles, or along the sides of glass tiles without disassembly, as opposed to being threaded through panel frames. Power can be located at four different levels within the panels: base, ADA, belt and standing.
