December 16, 2025 — KI, a leader in contract furniture solutions, has unveiled Passel, a modern, rail-based desking collection designed for today’s ever-evolving work environments. Blending clean architectural lines with intuitive functionality, Passel reimagines how people move, focus and collaborate throughout the day.
Built around a sleek linear rail, Passel removes the visual weight of traditional panel systems to create a workspace that feels open, connected and calm. With fixed and height-adjustable worksurfaces, integrated and freestanding storage, and a light-in-scale aesthetic, the collection offers a versatile foundation that balances structure with creativity.
Angela Allen, director of product marketing at KI, remarked:
Passel helps campuses and hybrid workplaces use space more efficiently. It can help establish clear workstations, reduce clutter, and allow users to shift seamlessly between individual focus and collaborative teamwork.
Thoughtful details such as internal cable routing, duplex receptacles and storage that shapes space without confining users work together to enhance clarity, comfort and ease of use. Every element is designed to keep the workspace clean, connected and adaptable.
With Passel, form and function align with purpose. The collection unites a rail-based desking system, coordinated storage, and height-adjustable tables to create environments that feel light, organized, and intuitively supportive. From higher education to healthcare to business and government settings, Passel offers a flexible, human-centric solution that elevates how people work and interact.
