August 1, 2007 — Dubai-based KM Properties has launched a facilities management service, Tamani Exclusive, which will be provided to all its residential and commercial buildings.
The company is also offering its services to other property developers and owners requiring facilities management.
Services for tenants and owners include valet parking, room service, housekeeping as per requirements, daily rubbish removal, restaurants, reception and concierge, all for a nominal fee which is already built into the maintenance fee for the building.
“Other facilities management systems are not linked to a hotel service; whereas Tamani Exclusive is linked to Tamani Hotels and Resorts,” said Sanjeet Joher, group COO, KM Holding.
“This enables us to provide a hospitality touch, and consistency of service not seen elsewhere. The staff is trained by Tamani Hotels and Resorts, and will offer the same exacting level of service.”
