Knoll, Inc., the global office furniture manufacturer dedicated to design excellence, has launched three new web sites. This Internet initiative is part of a multiphase, company-wide service improvement program called Service By Design. The project consists of three sites: an open public site, an intranet for Knoll employees and dealers, and a secure extranet designed specifically for Knoll’s corporate customers. The URL for the public site is www.knoll.com.
“The new Knoll Web sites are designed to benefit every customer–large corporate clients and home office purchasers alike–by giving them access to a wealth of information and services 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” noted Meredith Stevens, vice president of e-commerce.
