“La-Z-Boy Re-Launches Casegoods, Introduces New Seating”

La-Z-Boy Contract Furniture Group is “re-launching” its casegoods program, thus virtually doubling its offerings and making this the most ambitious and comprehensive casegoods introduction in its history. In addition, the company has introduced new executive, task, lobby and lounge seating collections, as well as a new integrated line of versatile recliners for healthcare environments.

The introductions include the addition of nearly 50 new SKU’s to its popular Venue and Siena casegoods lines. Among the products are hutches, bookcases, wardrobes, corner units, versatile work surfaces and conference tables. This year’s casegoods introduction expands La-Z-Boy’s capabilities to include a complete range of highly-affordable solutions — from the executive office to group environments — with the continuity of one integrated and well designed look.

La-Z-Boy Contract is responding to the need for more multi-tasking in less space by creating office configurations with greater versatility and function —with offerings like U-groups that have more work surface that will greatly enhance desking and conferencing abilities. The La-Z-Boy casegoods program is available in classic and dark cherry on cherry veneer. You can soon look forward to a standard low-sheen, non-rubbed finish.

La-Z-Boy Contract’s new executive and managerial seating collection, called the Sintas group, offers “plush comfort” executed in a variety of clean and up-to-date styles. The new executive/managerial group features a wide sculpted arm treatment and generously scaled proportions. It will be available in a mid-back, high-back and side chair.

And there’s more. La-Z-Boy’s Series 100, 200 and 300 task seating groups is expanded with the new Task Advantage series, characterized by a stylish look executed in a larger scale for more comfort. Among features is an oversized oval-shaped back designed to optimize support for the user’s back and shoulder regions. Large arm pads are contoured perfectly to compliment the lines of this chair, which is fully adjustable to accommodate a wide variety of users.

And more again. The company has expanded its hospitality, lobby and lounge seating with a new traditional lobby/lounge series called the Florin collection. This dramatic group, with seating units and tables that can be ganged, has wood scrolled knuckles on the arms, along with a different radius on the back and top to add to its traditional heritage.
