February 25, 2004—Landscape Forms has adopted a net pricing structure, replacing the current list pricing structure. The designer, manufacturer and marketer of outdoor commercial furniture and accessories states that the change to net pricing more clearly communicates its competitive positioning in the outdoor site furnishings market. It adds that contract furniture clients are “accustomed to interpreting list pricing, the landscape architects and contractors we serve are more familiar with net pricing.”

As is the accepted general rule in the industry, explains the 35-year award winning company, the net price includes product only. Products purchased from an authorized distributor, general contractor, or office furniture dealer will include customary fees for value added services, including project design, delivery, installation, and handling.
