Landscape Forms awarded CA Multiple Award Schedule contract

February 22, 2002—Landscape Forms, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of premium-quality outdoor commercial furnishings and accessories, has been awarded a California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) contract with the Department of General Services. The contract will be administered through the company’s California representatives.

The CMAS program enables California State agencies and local governments to streamline purchases by removing repetitive and resource-intensive bid processes. The contracts are established for products and services that have been competitively assessed, negotiated, or bid (cost compared products and services). The contracts are structured to comply with most California procurement codes, guidelines, and policies, and provide for the highest level of contractual protection. Customers shop for the best value, place orders directly with suppliers, and proceed with their business. The program provides competitive choices, reduced overhead, elevated levels of service, timely implementation of projects, and no bids, protests, or sole sources to report.
