In an effort to provide fuller FM services to it customers, London-based facilities management company LCC Support Services has launched a technical services department to deal with specialist electrical and mechanical services. The new division will provide lift maintenance, electrical repairs and servicing, heating and air conditioning, and a range of technical services such as site safety assessments. It will also offer cleaning services including carpet and floor cleaning.
