Litton TASC signed a lease with Corporate Office Properties Trust for 60,000 sq.ft. of space at 201 National Business Park, Columbia, Maryland. The four-story, 120,000 sq.ft. Class A office building is located in The National Business Park, the Company’s 175-acre office park in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. Construction of the $18 million project will commence this month, with delivery scheduled for Spring 2001.
