LEED-CI guide shows how to win certification for a higher-performance green interior

June 15, 2005—The LEED for Commercial Interiors (LEED-CI) Reference Guide, a user’s manual that navigates a project through the successful certification of a high-performance green interior, is now available.

LEED-CI was developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) to address tenant improvements primarily in office, retail, and healthcare facilities. With LEED-CI, tenants are empowered to maximize the potential of their workforce and create environmental change from the inside. It is part of a comprehensive suite of LEED assessment tools developed by USGBC to promote green design, construction, and operations practices in buildings nationwide.

During NEOCON 2005 at The Merchandise Mart, Chicago, in June, the reference guide was offered at a special rate of $125, 40% off the regular non-member price.
