October 12, 2001—Johnsonite has expanded its Roundel Speckled Rubber Tile line with two new collections: Vibrance in softened Mediterranean brights, and Artisan in dark and neutral tones. Vibrance is available in eight color combinations. The neutral Artisan collection comes in a choice of 12 color combinations. Both collections are available in four surface textures, Weathered, Hammered, Flagstone, and Raised Square.
The Roundel Speckled Rubber Tile collection offers size choices. Larger 24 by 24-inch tiles install faster with fewer seams. Smaller 12 by 12-inch tiles can be special ordered when greater design flexibility is wanted.
The collection, says Johnsonite, has a unique formulation that self-heals most scratches and abrasions; resists most chemicals, cigarette scorches, and dents from impact and static loads, and provides a naturally slip-resistant surface. It meets Americans with Disabilities Act recommendations for ramps and flat surfaces.
