June 28, 2002—Made possible by the adoption of comprehensive digital control technology, Starfield Controls, Inc., upgrades performance of digital light control via its TaskRite line. Starfield’s commitment to open system protocols is designed to protect facilities through free market competition and product interoperability. TaskRite has been designed with systems constructed from a small number of interoperable components, and DALI’s distributed control architecture has eliminated the need for central control panels, and specialized user interfaces. DALI is the new adopted international standard for digital lighting control.
Starfield’s TaskRite received Judges Citation Award and Best of Category Award for Controls Category.
