Linc Facility Services wins maintenance and repair contract at Orlando airport

November 15, 2006—Linc Facility Services, LLC (Linc) announced recently that it was selected by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) to provide Fixed Ground Service Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) in Orlando, Florida.

This contract expands Linc’s presence in the aviation industry, where the company has its roots and where Linc is recognized as a leader in the provision of outsourced facility management services.

Linc is providing preventive and corrective maintenance for all passenger boarding bridges including the associated pre-conditioned air, potable water cabinets, and 400 Hz systems, and the inbound/outbound baggage system in this five-million-square-foot facility, including the main terminal and four passenger concourses.

Linc will have an on-site staff of 22 skilled maintenance personnel responsible for assuring uptime of these critical pieces of equipment whose operational reliability ensures on-time departures and arrivals.
