August 10, 2007 — Linc Facility Services has been awarded a three-year contract to provide comprehensive facility management services to seven Northwest Airlines buildings surrounding the Minneapolis Airport.
Under the agreement, Linc, a leader in technology and high-value facility management and operational support services, will provide single-source, facility management that includes on-site technical operations and maintenance; heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC); building controls; and plumbing services to Northwest’s worldwide headquarters, flight simulation training center, and several hangars and office buildings. The contract totals seven buildings and four million square feet.
