The pilot project will use Vertex,, MACTEC FLG’s flagship product, which creates and defines assessment project measurement metric and statistics, and provides software deliverables to field assessment teams. Vertex is a facility decision support system based on data from field assessments. The Web-based facility asset management software is a capital planning tool that will enable GBA to generate detailed information regarding the condition of an asset, forecast its remaining useful life, and run budget, forecasting, and lifecycle cost scenarios.
