March 18, 2002—MASS Systems, the FM solutions specialist, launched a range of consultancy and recruitment services during the recent realignment of its facilities management support services. The enhanced support services now fall under a new Professional Services division, with four key groups: Consultancy, Implementation Services, Training, and Support.
The main change is the addition of a range of consultancy services that support the three distinct customer project phases of procurement, implementation, and operation. In order to provide faster response times, improved implementation cycles, and manageable risk, MASS Systems has introduced a range of consultancy service products to complement its software products.
The consultancy products in the procurement phase include a statement of requirements study, implementation planning, and business case preparation. In the implementation phase there are products such as system specification, training needs analysis, and key stage reviews, whereas the operational phase includes technical audits and migration planning.
MASS Systems has also added recruitment to its list of Professional Services and now offers a range of facilities and project management staff throughout the UK to support its customers’ staffing needs. Typical personnel available include technical support engineers, CAD personnel, project managers, software developers, helpdesk operators, and survey and audit staff.
