MASS Systems, an UK-based producer of industry-standard FM software solutions, is launching a new range of products and services to address the needs of facilities, estates and property managers.
The new range of software products includes: FM/Stock Control (for the management of stores and inventory information), FM/Financial Control (for purchase orders and invoicing), FM/Time Recorder (for timesheet recording and labor management) and FM/Helpdesk (for work order production and management). These products are fully integrated with the ARCHIBUS/FM facilities management system and, consequently, all share a common database, which eliminates the need for re-keying of data.
In a further extension to its range, MASS Systems has added survey and audit services to its portfolio. These include space utilisation and functional suitability reviews; physical building condition appraisals; surveys and audits relating to Health, Safety and Welfare, Disabled Access and Facilities, fire compliance and statutory compliance; and a building survey and drawing service, asset register audit and a facilities and estates design and re-planning service.
