MASS Systems offers recruiting service to match FM jobs with candidates

August 23, 2006—MASS Information Systems Limited has launched a new business venture headed up by recruitment guru, Michael Johnson, according to the company. Aimed at helping organizations recruit technically competent staff to support their project needs, MASS Systems will provide both interim and permanent project staff personnel operating within the construction, transportation, energy, and FM sectors of the built environment.

MASS Staffing-Solutions aims to remove potentially disastrous risk by independently vetting and technically assessing each candidate’s competence and matching expertise to the demands of the appointment before exposure to the employer and their clients.

In addition, through the MASS Systems’ Training facility, favored candidates can undergo training to refresh and upgrade their technical skill-set or obtain specific training to match the precise needs of the task to be undertaken. Essentially, clients will be able to “build” their own Project Resource with the breadth of expertise necessary to deliver the job in hand.

Another advantage, explains the company, is that candidates wishing to “get ahead of the pack” can opt for independent assessment through MASS Staffing-Solutions and obtain a third-party verification of their technical expertise, which they can demonstrate to potential employers with confidence.

MASS Staff-Solutions can draw upon MASS Systems’ expertise in implementing technology into the build environment and their training of staff in AutoCAD, Primavera, P3, Microsoft Project, and CAFM solutions.
