October 31, 2007—Mayer Fabrics has embarked on a new marketing push for task seating with Dauphin North American and VALO Furniture, its new brand for seating introduced this year. Dauphin, a leading office seating manufacturer including its new brand VALO Furniture, says that the joint marketing effort is targeted to the design community.
Mayer, which won its first Best of NeoCon award, explains that it had been focusing on developing great design esthetics at a good price point. “And it also helps that we carry large inventories and offer same day shipping on thousands of items.”
The first effort is hosting a series of gatherings to showcase new task chairs starting this fall.
