McAlpine wins major FM contract with Royal Bank of Scotland

November 13, 2006—Alfred McAlpine, the support services group, has “scooped” a three-year multi-million pound contract with Royal Bank of Scotland , according to the company, to provide facilities management services for the bank’s 643 branches across the southeast of England , as well as a number of other regional offices.

The deal is a further boost to McAlpine, which now has been awarded a series of contracts totaling 130m.

In addition to another facilities management deal to look after several sites belonging to food giant Unilever, McAlpine was also given two new infrastructure services support contracts worth in excess of £50m. Among them is a two-year deal with Fulcrum Connections for gas connections work in Scotland and the north of England.
