Encompass extends the existing functionality of Prolog Manager and Prolog WebSite by automating the collection, verification, and entry of paper-based and electronic project data from numerous sources.

Prolog customers can streamline the management of e-mails, faxes, scanned documents, and Web data by taking advantage of the parsing, routing, storage, and retrieval features that the Encompass software provides, explains the company. Several large general contractors as well as retail and government owners in the AEC industry are already using Encompass to automate the capture of project information. Custom workflow rules can route the data to a central review and approval queue where it is assigned to individual or groups for further processing.
