April 29, 2002—MicroMain Corporation, developer of facility operations and maintenance software and solutions, has released version 5.1 of msATRAK—its integrated, barcode enabled asset tracking program—part of the MicroMain Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) MS2000″ suite.
msATRAK allows users to track the location of all facility and organization assets using a Palm compatible barcode scanner, and transfers data into MS2000s comprehensive database, streamlining facility management operations.
Feature enhancements in this new release include expanded functionality for updating an asset s meter/mileage reading, the ability to track assets without scanning barcodes, adding work order comments to asset history forms and their maintenance history reports and enhanced user interface functionality and options.
