MicroSolves tax appraisal software assists city, county and state governments

November 7, 2003—MicroSolve has added Cedar County, Nebraska to its growing list of clients, including state, county, and local governments in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Colorado, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, North Dakota, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Cedar County now joins over 30 counties across Nebraska that have deployed MicroSolve’s tax appraisal software.

The MicroSolve Professional tax appraisal product not only embeds the full Marshall Swift Cost data set to assist in cost-based appraisals, it also provides a robust platform for building property record databases inclusive of digital photographs and property sketches, has an integrated full function statistical analysis program, runs appraisal-specific benchmarks, supports multiple appraisal methods (cost, market, & income), and interfaces with complementary county and State Department of Revenue enterprise systems (GIS, fund accounting).

Don Hoesing, Cedar County Assessor noted he selected Microsolve for his department after comparing its ease-of-use with other products, and getting positive references from other counties using the system.
