MidAmerican Energy Company has selected Peace Software International’s Energy software suite to aid their transition into the Midwest’s rapidly regulating markets. The Energy suite offers comprehensive e-commerce, customer care, and customer self-service, commodity management, and EBPP for C&I and mass markets. According to MidAmerican, Peace’s Energy system will benefit deregulated utilities customers by allowing billing for multiple fuels, locations, and services on a single statement. The integral online features include customer enrollment, billing data, electronic payment options, and more flexible due dates.
