MightyCar Service Co., Ltd., an industrial vehicle manufacturer, has signed an agreement to be the exclusive distribution representative of Spicer products in Japan. Headquartered in Tokyo, MightyCar will distribute Spicer technologies to value added resellers through its software solution subsidiary StarCommerce Co., Ltd., and provide sales, marketing, and customer support for Spicer’s client- and server-based document visualization software.
