April 13, 2005—The Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel in Copenhagen, which will host the 2005 ASIS International European Security Conference, is one of several in the hotel chain using IP video surveillance solutions from Milestone Systems A/S, the company says.
Radisson chose the Milestone XProtect networked digital video surveillance solution to achieve their high-priority goals for customer safety and protection of property because it could be expanded over time and integrated with other security systems, such as alarms, says Milestone.
Milestone software is designed with open architecture that runs on a standard Windows platform, and the TCP-IP protocol allows the option for integration with other systems’ data used in a company’s network.
