April 24, 2006—Montel, a pioneer of high-density mobile storage shelving systems, has entered into a new purchasing agreement with Premier Purchasing Partners, reportedly the healthcare industry’s largest Group Purchasing Organization (GPO).
The new group purchasing agreement, effective until March 31, 2009, provides Montel with access to 200 of the US leading hospital and healthcare systems. These systems operate or are affiliated with approximately 1,500 hospital facilities in 50 states and hundreds of other care sites that represent more than $25 billion in annual purchasing power.
