September 22, 2003—Meridian Project Systems (MPS) will officially launch its business process management solution Proliance at MPS’ 7th annual user conference at Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas, Nevada. MPS, a software and application service provider of project management solutions, says that Proliance is the first enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) solution for large global enterprises that design, procure, construct, and maintain large real estate and capital construction programs.
Proliance will be unveiled during the user conference general session titled “Introducing Business Process Management for Streamlining Enterprise Project Controls” on October 1, 2003. MPS says that leading edge construction and real estate companies, specifically Skanska USA Building, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Trammell Crow Company, have announced their adoption of Proliance for project management controls.
Proliance, MPS’ third-generation Internet technology platform, enables large organizations with employees around the globe to plan, budget, and track all work and finance details on every project and program. Proliance utilizes a platform built on Web Services using the Microsoft .NET application framework, a powerful foundation that includes workflow automation, security, file management, reporting, and communication tools.
