July 25, 2001—Management Reports International has penned an agreement to offer AvidXchanges suite of procurement products, giving MRI clients new procurement capabilities to add to companys existing accounting, property management and budgeting systems.
The partnership calls for MRI to jointly market AvidXchanges procurement products to MRI clients through its national direct sales organization. MRI and AvidXchange plan to roll out the integrated software products across North America beginning August 2001 and to international markets in early 2002.
AvidXchanges suite of web-based procurement products — AvidBuy for e-procurement services, AvidBid for online bid management, and AvidPay for e-payment and settlement — can be configured to accommodate purchasing and approval structure by automatically routing purchase orders to the appropriate department based on price, category, or budget.
