June 16, 2006—With the recent release of its online edition, members of the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) now have greater access to Counter Pro, a training tool for counter professionals within the industry.
This program, developed by the Education & Research Foundation, is an effective resource in helping the distributor counter sales team meet the needs of an ever-changing channel.
Through the Counter Pro course, employees gain a wider understanding of both the business and the sales side of distribution. Whether participants take the workbook or Web-based format, they gain strategies to improve their overall job performance by enhancing their communication, product knowledge, and customer service skills, says NAED.
