July 13, 2005—The National Association of State Chief Administrators (NASCA) and the National Association of State Facilities Administrators (NASFA) announced the 2005 Innovations Award Winners at their recent 2005 Joint Conference & Resource Expo in Phoenix. This year’s winners are:
- Winner of the Design & Construction Category: Virginia – Construction Recycling Program
- Winner of the Operation & Maintenance Category: Maryland – Reverse Energy Auction
- Winner of the Real Estate Category: Massachusetts – Program to Accelerate the Disposition of Surplus State Property
