July 7, 2003—National Archive Solutions, a UK-based national network of archiving companies, has been formed to promote the highest standards of professional management for the provision of archive services. A special offer is available to membership organizations that wish to make discounted archive services available to their members.
Document storage allows important papers, such as sales or purchase ledgers, to be held for short or long periods in controlled environments with immediate retrieval where necessary. Off-site storage also allows companies to release space, utilize expert organizing, eliminate administrative time and effort, and protect papers from fires, floods, or other on-site disasters.
Founder alliance members include Archival Record Management, Barrett (Container & Storage) Ltd, Brandford Document Service, Datastor, and File & Data Storage. A major benefit of the network for alliance members is the ability to offer their services anywhere in the UK.
