November 8, 2002—REsolve Technology has contracted with Glenborough Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust (REIT), to implement REquest, the company’s flagship software package. REquest, a Web-based asset and portfolio management solution, says REsolve Technology, enables Glenborough to access financial data, while eliminating the layers of paperwork and simplifying the gathering and reporting of data.
Glenborough has 77 office and industrial properties totaling 14 million square feet of leasable space concentrated in core market areas including northern and southern California. “REquest extracts data from underlying software programs such as CTI and Argus, and aggregates the information into easy-to-access reports,” said Eric Forman, CEO of REsolve Technology. “Savings occur from a variety of sources including productivity improvements and decreased software training.”
