November 27, 2002—REsolve Technology has contracted with Glenborough Realty Trust Incorporated, a real estate investment trust (REIT), to implement REquest, the company’s flagship software package. REquest, a Web-based asset and portfolio management solution, enables Glenborough and other REITs to easily access financial data, while eliminating the layers of paperwork and simplifying the gathering and reporting of data.
After investigating several other options, Glenborough chose to implement REquest because of its user friendliness, says the company.
Glenborough has 77 office and industrial properties totaling 14 million square feet of leasable space concentrated in core market areas including northern and southern California. REsolve Technology, who recently opened an office in San Francisco, has been working in the real estate financial sector for more than 13 years and perceived a need for an application such as REquest.
