July 7, 2003—Dauphin North America’s new Adjust swivel chair is “infinitely” adjustable to accommodate virtually any body size or weight. Meeting every ergonomic requirement, Adjust has pneumatic seat-height adjustment and synchronized movement of seat and back, while an integral sliding seat tailors seat depth precisely to the individual user. Two highly sensitive controls are laterally mounted, letting users fine-tune both the degree of seat tilt and the backrest pressure while sitting down.
The gently sculpted Adjust backrest offers adjustable lumbar support and comes in two standard heights. The backrest flexes laterally to follow the movements of the sitter’s upper body. An optional height- and tilt-adjustable headrest—available with the taller backrest only—takes the strain off shoulder and neck muscles.
Adjust’s soft pivoting armrests can also be moved in, out, up, or down. Large casters on the sturdy swivel base provide exceptional mobility. Adjust is competitively priced. Adjust was designed by the Dauphin Design Team.
Adjust was shown in the Dauphin North America showroom during NeoCon, at The Merchandise Mart in June.
