June 21, 2004—Bretford, Inc., introduces a rectilinear Grid workstation system to round out its Liquid Workspace for companies on the move. Grid workstation includes a 90-degree and 120-degree worksurface to make the transition from cubicle-based systems easier by accommodating traditional work environments and grid-like floorplans. Freestanding Grid workstations are supported by C-legs on glides, to make team rearrangements and growth without expensive alterations.
Grid workstations, available in a variety of desktop shapes, include returns, executive workstations, and meeting tables. Tool-less, lightweight screens are chassis mounted so that they move with the desk and can be shared between desks. Shelves, trays, frames, vases, and CD holders round out the line to customize the workspace.
