July 5, 2004—During opening day of NeoCon at The Merchandise Mart in June, Kimball Office was recognized by the Office Furniture Dealers Alliance (OFDA) with a 2004 Dealers’ Choice Circle of Excellence award for training. The award marks the second consecutive year Kimball Office received the honor, which recognizes Kimball Office for achieving outstanding dealer satisfaction for the way it helps its dealers understand and sell Kimball Office product solutions.
The winning manufacturers are determined by the results of the Association’s “OFDA Dealer Manufacturer Satisfaction Index Survey, a dealer poll designed to recognize best of class performance. The survey asked dealers to evaluate up to four of their primary manufacturer partners in five key categories: training, product lines, service and support, sales and marketing, and management.
