The spine-based planning offers signature structure for the open plan office. The wall-like spine frames can be fashioned to any length, with a choice of three standard horizons and many spine cover options, including veneer, laminate, paint, slatwall, tackable fabric, and integral shelves.
AutoStrada linkable screens and panels, tapered worksurfaces, and steel and wood storage connect anywhere along the spine to build workstations.
Storage-anchored planning defines workplace boundaries with efficient storage in an open office landscape. Medians form storage walls for freestanding or linked workstations. Anchor cabinets terminate panel enclosures with architectural volumes that provide privacy and security. Steel and wood overhead and under-desk storage, combined with AutoStrada worksurfaces, complete workstations.
Knoll, Inc., has also expanded its filing and storage products adding to its line of Calibre lateral files, mobile pedestals, and architectural towers. The Knoll storage tower scope features a comprehensive tower selection including bookcase towers, display towers, and media towers. Towers come in two heights, 50 in. and 64 in., and three widths, 15 in., 24 in., and 30 in. Box drawers, file drawers, lateral file drawers, cupboard doors, “drawers behind doors,” wardrobe closets, and half- and full-depth shelves to suite various storage needs. “Drawers behind doors,” marker boards, and modular drawer dividers can be had in five accent colors to energize the workspace.
