June 18, 2004—Rocky, Vecta’s new collection of contemporary, mobile, ergonomic nesting seating is the only chair family in the industry available in both 4-star base and 4-leg nesting versions, according to Vecta, plus a five-star-base ergonomic chair. The Rocky collection is composed of a pneumatic-height swivel-4-star base (Rocky) and four-legged (Rocky 4 legs) nesting chairs, plus a five-star base (Rocky 5 star) ergonomic chair that provide a minimalist high-tech design.
Rocky has a curved two-piece seat and back with molded-in arms. The nesting models are available in a four-legged and patented 4-star base, each available with hard-or soft-wheeled non-mar casters. Pneumatic height adjustment and swivel capability on the 4-star model allow users to comfortable follow presentations anywhere in the room. The injection-molded high-impact polypropylene comes in a textured graphite or white finish, and the heavy-gauge tubular steel frame can be specified in any Vecta paint color.
