June 22, 2007—Arconas has introduced the X Series waste and recycling bins, a line of high performance, commercial waste and recycling bins at NeoCon World’s Trade Fair in Chicago. The waste and recycling bins, Trashbox, Rux and Smokestax, which compliment the Arconas’ extensive line of public seating, are built for commercial applications. They are easy to maintain and strong enough to last indoors and out. X Series units come standard with floor fastening hardware and locks, and they comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Smokestax, in contemporary lines with a recessed base, has all-metal construction and includes a large, lockable butt bin that reduces maintenance frequency.
RUX II recycling bins sort items in two separate bins and a companion RUX IV sorts items into four separate bins. The lid is hinged and chained; the liner is polyethylene. Third in the X Series is Trashbox, also with a polyethylene liner, and hinged and chained hood. Trashbox can be freestanding or floor mounted.
