June 25, 2007—Additions to Inscape’s foundational system, Platform, include new techniques for creative storage, maximization of surface area, and optimization of workstation dimensions to help transform open offices into customizable workcenters.
Featured among 16 additions to Platform are a variety of new storage products and a Galley top that, by moving away from the traditional rectangular workstation, improve visibility, privacy and within-workspace mobility.
Inscape explains that the enhancements broaden planning possibilities and support the integration of Platform with Storwal, Inscape’s award-winning storage-based solution and a Gold winner in last year’s The Best of NeoCon competition. This year’s innovations, says the company, include an attractive shared wardrobe that serves to reduce floorspace requirements. Also highlighted are adaptors that allow Storwal’s core elements to integrate with other panel systems.
The Arrivals line of freestanding office casegoods featured new storage solutions and worksurface configurations. Enhancements to Reform, Inscape’s full-height wall included sliding glass doors, thin-line frames, and expanded hardware options, as well as fresh neutral and earth-tone choices within Inscape’s wide range of standard paint finishes.
The full range of Inscape’s office furniture lines were displayed in the company’s showroom at The Merchandise Mart, Chicago, during the three days of NeoCon World’s Trade Fair.
